Each of Experiential Adventure’s organizational development programs begins with a comprehensive needs assessment to define the client’s desired outcomes and ultimate end goals for the training. During this evaluation process, we will ask probing questions to determine the type of program that will be most appropriate for the client’s goals and objectives.

Customized programs can range from one or two days to several weeks. Accomplishing long-term developmental goals can be delivered in shorter modules to fit the work schedules of individual companies. Customized programs can be delivered at a company site or off-site at any location.
