Experiential Adventures specializes in designing custom built trainings, workshops and seminars that utilize innovative educational techniques to meet the desired outcomes of our clients. Experiential Adventures designs programs that enhance the effectiveness of business: design; development; operations; culture; communication; leadership; and staff assessment and development.

Specialized learning activities provide hands on scenarios that mirror contemporary organizational challenges. Each custom program reflects a carefully integrated mix of active learning challenges designed to foster clear communication, strategic thinking and effective decision-making. Focused learning experiences target the role that individuals play in creating and sustaining organizational success. Based on clients’ needs, custom designed and delivered programs range in length from 8 hours to 6 months in duration.

Experiential Adventures were able to make me think how to be a leader as a special education teacher. I know neither of them have ever been special education teachers, but they were able to connect with me in a real and authentic fashion. I will definitely take what I learned and apply it to my professional practice.
