Our Vision

We believe effective leadership is a living and breathing set of competencies that individuals and groups can only develop through experience, accurate assessment, and guided reflection. Experiential Adventures believes that organizations that focus on collaborative exercises and leadership opportunities build capacity for innovation by creating supportive feedback systems.

As organizations struggle to navigate the challenges of an evolving global economy, they are finding that yesterday’s strategies no longer address today’s needs. Ceasing “ordinary” ways of doing business is only possible through opportunities that challenge and disrupt organizational assumptions and patterns.

Experiential Adventures is committed to facilitating the leadership development of the next generation of professionals that will serve to meet the needs of an increasingly globalized society.

Experiential Adventures developed and delivered a seminar to our TATERS Mentor Teachers with resounding success. Participants’ evaluations rated them as a 1.38 of 5.0 (1 being the best) and over two-thirds stated Experiential Adventures was their favorite and most informative part of the summer academy.
