Since 2002, Experiential Adventures has been providing custom designed programs for clients seeking assistance in leadership development, organizational change, strategic planning, and team building.

Initially envisioned as an educational training business for professionals working in the field of outdoor programming. Now EA addresses the human and organizational needs of clients in a host of fields including; higher education, corporate and human resource management. The unique physical, emotional and performance demands placed on individuals undertaking backcountry expeditions directly correlate to the active learning and collaboration needs demanded by modern organizations and workplace communities.

Experiential Adventures is an excellent resource for leadership and team development for any group. They completely customized their training to fit the needs of the Red Raider Orientation Crew at Texas Tech University. Our 40 students responded positively to the EA facilitators and retained what they learned throughout the summer.
